What is the new SB 731 Sunsets Law?
SB 731 is the most expansive post-conviction expungement law in the nation’s history. This law enhances public safety by enabling people living with a past conviction to positively contribute to our communities and economy! California has PETITION-BASED and AUTOMATIC-BASED record change systems. Both of these systems give you partial EXPUNGEMENT.
